Refund or Exchange - Money back guarantee
If you are not happy with your new product we are happy for you to return it. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@unfold-outdoor.com.au. Please note that returns will need time to be sent back to us. We will send you the details once you contact us.
Once your item is returned and received by us we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your refund of exchange with 24 hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please post your product back to UNFOLD Outdoor PTY Ltd 56 Greig St 3206 Albert Park.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please email us at hello@unfold-outdoor.com.au with your order number and which design you'd like to exchange yours with and we will be in touch.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less the flat rate return shipping fee) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
